Michelin-star restaurant coming to Louvre Abu Dhabi

Fouquet’s, the famed brasserie-style French restaurant, will debut at the Louvre Abu Dhabi in 2020. The museum has partnered with French hospitality company Barrière Group to bring in the label.

Fouquet’s has branches in Paris, Cannes, Toulouse, Marrakech and other international locations.

The restaurant’s menu will be created in collaboration with renowned French chef Pierre Gagnaire, head chef and owner of a restaurant under his own name, and will include a number of Fouquet’s signature dishes.

“Abu Dhabi is known for its collaborations with some of the world’s premier brands and this prestigious new partnership with Barrière Group is yet another fine example. With the opening of Fouquet’s at the Louvre Abu Dhabi next year, the museum continues to bring unique and exceptional experiences to Saadiyat Island. This partnership reflects both the museum’s as well as Abu Dhabi’s commitment to excellence, and demonstrates the impact of our brand through the quality of partners who collaborate with us,” says Manuel Rabaté, director of the Louvre Abu Dhabi.
