YUBI redefines casual Japanese dining
YUBI masterfully redefines casual Japanese dining by seamlessly blending timeless traditions with an immersive, thoughtfully designed and visually engaging culinary experience. Since interaction enhances dining experiences, guests can directly engage with chefs at the handroll bar. They will savor meticulously crafted handrolls alongside a curated sake selection. By partnering with renowned star dhef Reif Othman, YUBI introduces bold flavors and inventive techniques. The menu features both classic and unconventional handrolls as well as tempura, yakitori, sashimi and many more delicacies. YUBI’s distinctive brand identity results from the collaborative expertise of talented designers and creatives, each contributing innovative ideas to this unique concept. Furthermore, the award-winning MARIAGROUP designed the space, skillfully playing with light, texture and form to create a sensory-rich atmosphere.
To enhance its modern appeal, Lebanese designer Mira Mikati has been assigned to create bespoke uniforms and signature elements, blending fashion, fun and function. Furthermore, Melissa Haddad, the talented designer behind YUBI’s branding, has created a bold, modern aesthetic that complements the bar’s dynamic energy.
Rabih Fakhreddine, founder and group CEO of 7 Management, voiced his excitement. He said: “Launching the first homegrown handroll bar in collaboration with top experts in culinary arts, design and fashion, we proudly introduce a dining experience that truly embodies our passion for quality, creativity and innovation.”
