Valrhona’s Iconic 6 event returned to Dubai for its second edition, and it was nothing short of a luxurious and insightful affair.

The event comprised a talk on the latest trends, gastronomy of tomorrow, competitions and the importance of knowledge sharing in the pastry industry, followed by a dinner.

The dinner curated by Sebastien Torres and Nicolas Durousseau offered the best of hospitality as the guests enjoyed a delectable three-course meal while admiring the stunning views of the iconic Burj Al Arab from the top floor of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The guests also had the opportunity to exchange with Relais Desserts’ team, including Frederic Cassel, Mathieu Kamm, Sebastien Claverie, Jérôme de Oliveira, Pascal Lac, Steven Gérault, and Brice Konan Ferrand – the later from Ecole Valrhona. Valrhona’s 6 Iconic event in Dubai was the talk of the town among pastry aficionados and chocolate lovers alike. As Condé Nast Traveler reports, the premium French chocolate maker hosted an intimate gathering of loyal supporters and Cercle V members, including an insightful talk on the latest trends and the gastronomy of tomorrow.

The event took place at the stunning Bastion Restaurant, where guests were able to discuss with the team Relais Desserts in an intimate afternoon tea. The highlight of the event was the opportunity for guests to have a personalized discussion and interaction with Relais Desserts’ team and Ecole Valrhona, taste some of their delicious creations while enjoying time together. These pastry chefs are among the best in the world, and guests were thrilled to learn from them and exchange ideas.

Frederic Cassel, one of the Relais Desserts members and Vice -President of the Pastry World Cup, said, “Valrhona’s 6 Iconic event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in the pastry industry. The event is a great success, and it is an honor to be a part of it.”
